Project Description

We completely gutted this apartment that we think had not been touched since the 1930’s. It was on the 5th floor in a large block in Westminster. The working hours were strict and we were unable to work between 2pm and 4pm which certainly added another dimension to managing this project. Both bathrooms were stripped out together with the old lead pipes (!). The client sourced much of the bathroom gear from CP Hart. The kitchen was also ripped out ready for a new Harvey Jones Kitchen. We did a complete rewire of the property, some of the walls were painted with special effects and the hallway and bedroom were wallpapered. A couple of the walls were soundproofed from the neighbours also. The project ran smoothly and our clients were delighted with the final transformation. Please click here to see further photos.

What the client said

We used Pinnacle to carry out the total renovation of a three bedroom flat. We found Tom and his team a pleasure to work with, always ready to give advice and very helpful.  They were accommodating of last minute changes and their flexibility was invaluable to the client who did, on occasion, change her mind! Nasco has a good eye for proportion and made us some excellent cupboards and bookshelves.  He  was also able to recreate sections of cornice and skirtings to match the existing 1930’s originals. He ran the project with unfailing good humour and it was always a pleasure to go to the site, no matter what the stresses and strains. The quality of Pinnacle’s work was excellent and that of their decorator, Rosen, the best we have ever worked with.  We have recommended them to everyone and hope to use them again in 2014 to do up a flat for another member of the family.  We look forward to work with the team in the future.
